Calm, thoughtful care for depression, anxiety, ADHD, and related conditions.
Soderquist, Psychiatric Services, PLLC provides adult psychiatric evaluation and medication management with a collaborative, evidence-informed approach. The goal is to create space for careful listening, clear treatment planning, and practical next steps.
A grounded, collaborative approach
Care should feel steady, respectful, and individualized. Treatment planning may include medication recommendations, education, supportive discussion, and coordination with other providers when appropriate.
Psychiatric care that values clarity, presence, and fit.

Focused outpatient psychiatric services
Services are centered on careful assessment, clear recommendations, and ongoing follow-up when the practice is the right level of care. The practice accepts many private insurance plans and also offers cash-pay options.
Psychiatric evaluation
A comprehensive review of symptoms, history, prior treatment, goals, and possible treatment options.
Medication management
Follow-up visits focused on response, side effects, symptom change, and thoughtful adjustment of treatment when appropriate.
Collaborative care
When useful and with permission, care can be coordinated with therapists, primary care clinicians, and other treatment providers.
Areas of focus
The practice commonly works with the following concerns:
Some people may need a higher level of support.
This practice is outpatient and telehealth-based. Some individuals in acute crisis, recently coming out of hospitalization, struggling with active addiction, or experiencing a psychotic disorder may need a higher level of support than can be offered here. If that seems to be the case, a more intensive setting or broader treatment team may be more appropriate.
Medication philosophy and practice expectations
Benzodiazepine use
Benzodiazepines are not recommended as the standard of care for long-term treatment. While there may be situations where they are clinically appropriate, this is considered the exception rather than the rule.
Stimulant prescribing expectations
Individuals receiving a stimulant will need to have an established relationship with an in-person primary care provider or other medical provider whom they see in person at least yearly.
Care planning
Medication decisions are made thoughtfully, based on clinical appropriateness, safety, and fit with the overall treatment plan.
